Any use of the service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

2. Description of the service

Shuttle League is a fantasy badminton game that lets users:

• create a personal account
• build virtual teams
• take part in leagues and duels
• compare their performance based on real, publicly available sporting results

Shuttle League:

• is not a sports betting service
• offers no financial winnings
• relies exclusively on playful and comparative mechanics

3. Access to the service

The service is accessible:

• to any person who is of legal age or who has the authorisation of their legal representative
• who has an internet connection

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the service for technical, maintenance or security reasons.

4. Account creation

Creating an account is required to access the features of the service.

The user undertakes to:

• keep their login credentials confidential
• not create an account impersonating a third party

Each user is responsible for the use of their account.

7. Subscription and paid features

Unless otherwise stated:

• the user may cancel at any time
• no refund is made for a period already started

Player names, results and sporting data remain the property of their respective rights holders.

9. Independence and non-affiliation

Shuttle League is an independent service.

It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by:

• the Badminton World Federation (BWF)
• national federations
• official tournaments
• the professional players mentioned on the platform
